The Abrasive Wheel Training Course is intended for operators with a responsibility for the mounting, operation and maintenance of Abrasive Wheels and is designed to ensure compliance with the 1982 Abrasive Wheels Regulations 

Abrasive Wheel Training Course Content

Introduction
Abrasive Wheel 1982 Regulations
Methods of marking with regard to type and speed of wheels
Methods of storage, handling and transporting wheels
Function of components  and correct method mounting and balancing.
Methods of dressing an abrasive wheel.
Adjustment of the rest

Additional Abrasive Wheel Information

DVD and laptop/projector presentation.
Abrasive Wheels notes for participants.
Question and answers session
Practical demonstration involving mounting of abrasive wheels.
Abrasive Wheels Training attendance certificates which are valid for a period of 3 years.
Duration 2 Hours and maximum class of 12 at clients premises or 8 at our offices.

Public Abrasive Wheel Course Dublin

Public Abrasive Wheel Training Courses are available on request must book and confirm in advance.
Monday to Friday every week.
Times and days vary.

Package Option:Abrasive Wheel Training with Manual Handling available subject to additional cost.

Location: ADSC Offices, in Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin.

Pre booking required and payment due on day of training, prior to course commencing.

Fully compliant Abrasive Wheel Operative Training Certificate (subject to passing course assessment) and receipt issued after training course.

Participants must have a a good standard of English
